Studies on the New Technique for Acid Cleaning of Armour-Piercing Shell Body

介绍穿甲弹体氧化性碱洗与氧化性酸洗相结合的酸洗新工艺。新工艺采用化学腐蚀,方法简单,既不渗氢,又可避免过腐蚀,能快速清除热处理氧化皮,达到取消喷砂,简化工序的目的。

A combined acid cleaning technique of alkaline and acid cleaning with oxidizability was developed in the proress of trial-produrtion of armour-piercing shell body. The new method is simple due to the adoption of chemical corrosion. It can not only prevent both hydrogenating and over-rorrosion, but also quickly clean the oxide skin of heat treatment, which simplifies the working process greatly.
