皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤细胞凋亡及bcl-2蛋白表达的研究

Study on apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 in subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma

为了观察皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤(SPTCL)细胞凋亡与增殖的特征，探讨其与SPTCL发病的关系，用TUNEL法和免疫组织化学法检测17例SPTCL凋亡细胞、增殖细胞及bcl-2蛋白的表达。发现SPTCL凋亡细胞与Ki-67核阳性细胞呈正相关(相关系数r=0.517,P=0.009)，bcl-2阳性组其凋亡细胞与bcl-2阴性组相比无显著差异(Z=－1.489,P=0.137)。提示细胞凋亡与增殖在SPTCL发病中起同等重要的作用，SPTCL的细胞凋亡与bcl-2蛋白表达无关。

In order to observe the characteristics of apoptosis and proliferation in subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma(SPTCL) and to explore the mechanism of development of SPTCL. Apoptotic cells in 17 cases of SPTCL were identified by the terminal deoxynucleotidyl tranferase-medicated X-dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL), ki-67 antigen and bcl-2 antigen were studied by immunohistochemical staining. Positive relationship was found between the apoptotic cells and Ki-67 nuclear positive cells in SPTCL(r=0.517,P=0.009).The apoptotic cells were not significant different between the bcl-2 positive group and bcl-2 neagtive group in SPTCL(Z=－1.489,P=0.137). These results suggested that both apoptosis and proliferation may play an important role in the development of SPTCL, apoptosis may not related to bcl-2 expression in SPTCL.
