宫颈鳞状细胞癌及尖锐湿疣中HPV 16-E6、HPV16-E7蛋白的表达

Expression of proteins of HPV16-E6,HPV16-E7 in the squamous carcinomas of the cervix,condyloma acuminata of the cervix and vulva

使用免疫组化方法检测HPV16-E6、HPV16-E7蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌及宫颈尖锐湿疣、外阴尖锐湿疣的情况，结果显示宫颈鳞状细胞癌、宫颈尖锐湿疣及外阴尖锐湿疣中HPV16-E6蛋白的表达分别为50％、0％、0％；HPV16-E7蛋白的表达分别为78.3％、68.4％、85.3％。宫颈鳞状细胞癌及尖锐湿疣中均有HPV16-E7蛋白表达，但同时发现低危型HPV感染中也表达HPV16-E7蛋白，原因尚须进一步研究。

Immunohistochemistry methods were used to detect expression of proteins of HPV16-E6、HPV16-E7. Results showed that expression of proteins of HPV 16-E6 was 50％、0％、0％in the squamous carcinomas of the cervix, condyloma acuminata of the cervix and vulva, respectively. Results showed that expression of proteins of HPV16-E7 was 78.3％、68.4％、85.3％in the squamous carcinomas of the cervix, condyloma acuminata of the cervix and vulva, respectively. The protein of HPV16-E7 is also expressed in condyloma acuminata.
