自体表皮移植术加碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗白癜风的疗效观察

Clinical effect of bFGF and autologous epidermal grafting on vitiligo

为了探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对白癜风的疗效，在自体表皮移植的同时加用bFGF观察15例白癜风患者的疗效。添加bFGF的皮片存活率为100％。且色素恢复较快，色斑扩大更为显著。未见明显副作用，为目前治疗白癜风的一种更安全有效的治疗途径。

In order to investigate the effects of bFGF in the treatment of vitiligo, fifteen patients with vitiligo were treated with bFGF and autologous epidermal grafting. The results showed that the livability of the skin grafts with bFGF was 100％. By comparison with the control group, the revivification of pigment was faster and the pigment macule expanded markedly. No side effects were observed. It is suggested that autologous epidermal grafting combined with bFGF is a safe and highly effective therapeutics for vitiligo.
