药物CD对犬心肌梗塞模型中左心室血流动力学的影响

摘要 目的 通过结扎犬冠状动脉的心肌缺血模型观察药物CD对犬左心室功能的影响。方法 结扎犬心脏冠状动脉左前降支 ,观察 6h内CD对左心室收缩压 (LVSP)、左心室压上升速率 (dp/dtmax)和下降速率 (-dp/dtmax) ,心输出量 (CO) ,左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)的影响。结果 CD(0 .15mg·kg-1,0 .3mg·kg-1)能明显抑制冠脉结扎后造成的LVSP ,dp/dtmax的下降 ,而 0 .6mg·kg-1CD对此无明显影响。CD(0 .15mg·kg-1)还抑制结扎后 -dp/dtmax的下降 ,其他剂量组无明显作用。结论  0 .15mg·kg-1CD能明显改善心肌缺血造成的心功能改变 。 Objective To study the effects of CD on canine left ventricle function by using coronary artery occlusion model. Methods LVSP, ±dp/dt max , LVEDP and cardiac output were recorded during 6 hours after left descent coronary occlusion and effects of CD on the cardiac function were evaluated.Results CD(0.15mg·kg -1 ,0.3mg·kg -1 ) significantly inhibited the decrease of LVSP,dp/dt max caused by coronary occlusion but 0.6 mg·kg -1 CD had no effect. CD(0.15mg·kg -1 ) also inhibited the decrease of -dp/dt max induced by coronary occlusion.Conclusion 0.15mg·kg -1 CD can ameliorate the cardiac function decrease induced by cardiac ischemia, which was independent of dose.
