摘要
目的 :探讨电子束CT在冠心病早期诊断中的作用。方法 :应用ImatronC - 15 0型电子束CT ,检查 12 6 7例患者冠脉钙化情况并进行定量分析。结果 :冠脉钙化发生率依次为LAD(4 0 .5 % )、RCA(2 4.8% )、CX(2 1.4% )和LM(13 .3 % ) ;<5 0岁和 5 0~ 5 9岁冠心病组冠状动脉钙化率、钙化积分明显高于正常组 ,≥ 6 0岁冠心病组冠状动脉钙化率与正常组无显著差别 ,但钙化积分明显高于正常组。冠脉钙化检测冠心病在年轻组特异性高 ,敏感性低 ,随年龄增大敏感性增高而特异性降低。结论 :电子束CT冠脉钙化检查及定量分析 。
Objective:To explore the value of EBCT in early diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods]:1267 cases with coronary artery calcification(CAC)were performed by Imatron C-150 EBCT scanner,quantification analysis of CAC was made.Results]:The incidence of CAC was LAD(40.5%),RCA(24.8%),CX(21.4%)and LM(13.3%)respectively.The CAC incidence and score of CHD group were all significantly higher than the group without CHD in age<50 and 50~59 groups.There was no significant difference of CAC incidence between CHD group and the group without CHD in age≥60 gruop,but the CAC score of CHD group was remarkable higher than the group without CHD.The specificity was higher and sensitivity lower in the younger age group,and the sensitivity would be increased and specificity decreased with age.Conclusion:The examination and quantification analysis of CAC by EBCT display an important clinical value in early diagnosis of CHD.
