乳腺癌X线影像学表现与病理对照研究

Study of breast carcinoma in mammography comparing with pathology

目的 :分析乳腺癌影像学特征和病理表现 ,揭示影像病理基础 ,提高影像诊断的准确性。方法 :5 0例病人均经影像学检查及手术病理证实 ,在镜下观察病灶内部、边缘及周围结构。结果 :5 0例乳腺癌中肿块影 2 1例 ,微小钙化 2 4例 ,致密影 9例 ,星芒影 3例 ,局部结构紊乱 9例 ,血管影增多、增粗 7例 ;病理为浸润性导管癌 2 2例 ,单纯癌 2 1例 ,大汗腺样癌 3例 ,粘液腺癌 2例 ,乳头状癌 1例 ,小叶浸润癌 1例。结论 :致密影、星芒征可作为早期乳腺癌的特征性影像学表现 ,结构紊乱。

Objective:To investigate pathologic features of imaging and improve the accuracy of image diagnosis by analyzing the appearances of breast carcinoma mammography.[WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]50 mammographic studies of breast cancer for which surgical verification was available were reviewed and studied the pathological character of the lesions.Results:[WT5”BZ]Mammographic appearances of breast were masses in 21,microcalcifications in 24,increasing density in 9,star sign in 3,local architecture distortion in 5,infiltrating ductal carcinomas in 22,solid carcinomas in 21,apocrine carcinomas in 3,mucinous carcinomas in 2,papillary carcinoma in 1,infiltrating lobulate carcinoma in 1.Conclusion:Developing density and star sign may be thought as the special mammographic appearance of the early breast carcinoma.Vascular asymmetry and focal architecture were important secondary signs.
