碘水胶浆支气管造影的临床应用

Clinical application of bronchography using colloidal solution of aqua iodide

目的 :探讨支气管造影的剂型。方法 :收集碘水胶浆支气管造影 32例、碘油支气管造影 2 8例。分析造影照片 ,比较两种造影剂支气管造影的效果。结果 :碘水胶浆和碘油支气管造影效果优良者分别为 2 8例和 2 3例 ,二者比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。碘水胶浆造影患者在检查后 2 4h复查肺内无造影剂存积 ,但碘油造影患者在 1～ 3个月内均有不同程度存留。结论

Objective:To discuss the type of contrast medium for bronchography.Methods:A comparative study of bronchographic effect with colloidal solution of aqua iodide in 32 cases and lipiodol in 28 cases were reported in this paper.Results:The quality of bronchographic image with colloidal solution of aqua iodide and with lipiodol were excellent in 28 and 23 cases,respectively,there had no statistical significance difference for two methods(P>0.05).The contrast medium wasn't deposited in lung in 24 hours after bronchography with colloidal solution of aqua iodide,but it was remained during 1～3 months after bronchography with lipiodol in some extent.Conclusion:The colloidal solution of aqua iodide was desirable contrast mediums for bronchography.
