克隆病X线征象与病理对照分析(附26例分析)

The comparison and analysis of x-ray features and pathology of the Crohn's disease (analysis of 26 cases)

目的 :总结 2 6例克隆病X线表现 ,提高对本病的认识和诊断水平。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0年间 2 6例经手术病理证实的克隆病 ,并结合大体病理标本和X线征象进行对照分析。结果 :克隆病发病部位回肠最多 ,其次是空肠和结肠。病理标本与X线胃肠钡餐造影显示节段性局限性环形狭窄占 77% ,狭窄肠腔多在 1cm之内 ;小肠扩张肠段形成“假结肠征”占 6 1% ,扩张肠管横径在 5～ 13cm ;病变区裂隙状、尖刺状溃疡均可见 ,粘膜皱襞变平或消失占 5 4% ;本组 4例继发肠套迭。结论 :克隆病病理改变与X线钡餐造影征象相对应 ,根据其胃肠钡餐造影。

Objective:To investigate the x ray features of Crohn's disease and get a better understanding and diagnosing it.[WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]Reviewing and analysing the pathology of26 cases postoperated in the last 20 years.Combine the pathology with the x-ray comparison.[WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]In most cass,disease attacked ileum,then jejunum and colon.The pathology features and the x ray stomach's barium meal show that it caused segmental localized circular stenosis and the chance is 77%.The diameter of stenotic intestinal cavity is within 1 centimetre.And it formed'false colon sign'in ectatic part of the small intestine and the chance is 61%.And the diameter of the ectatic colon is between 5～13 centimetres.In pathology,fissure like and point-like ulcers can be traced.And this chance of mucosal folds flatening and dispapearing is 54%.In 4 cases of this group,secondary intussusception occurs.Conclusion:The Crohn's disease pathologic changes correspond with the features of the x-ray barium meal.According to the stomach's barium meal and radiography,the charactcristic changes of the barium meal,enema and radiography examinations could fully diagnose the disease.
