B超对早期妊娠卵黄囊的观察(附65例分析)

The observation of york sac in 65 cases of early pregnancy by B-mode ultrasonography

目的 :观察早期妊娠卵黄囊正常与否与胚胎存亡的关系。方法 :应用腹部B超对早期妊娠卵黄囊形态大小及胚胎的关系进行观察。按正常和异常卵黄囊分两组进行随访 ,流产物行病理学检查 ,继续妊娠者定期观察临床经过。结果 :正常卵黄囊组 34例中人工流产 2 4例 ,流产胚胎病理检查 8例 ,均为正常绒毛组织。继续妊娠 10例临床经过正常。异常卵黄囊组 31例中治疗性流产 2 9例 ,其中 11例胚胎组织病理检查显示绒毛退变或坏死。 2例继续妊娠至中期因胎死宫内而引产。结论 :B超发现宫内卵黄囊是宫内早期妊娠诊断的可靠指标 ;正常卵黄囊。

Objective:To observe the relationship between the sonographic features of the york sac and the living state of the embryos.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ]:Observing the size,shape of the york sac and its connecting states with the embryo by B-mode ultrasonography in early pregnancy.Normal and abnormal images were divided and followed up until the pregnancy ended,the aborted tissues were examined pathologically.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ]:Normal group was detected in 34 cases with 24 cases being aborted artificially,in 8 cases histological examination was down and showed normal chorionic villi,10 other cases had normal pregnancy courses.The abnormal group detected in 31 cases with therapeutic abortion in 29 cases,pathological examination was done in 11 cases and showed degeneration of necrosis of the chorionic or necrosis tissues,induced deliveries were done in 2 other cases due to intrauterine death of the fetuses.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]1,The intrauterine york sac imaged sonographically is a reliable indication of early intrauterine pregancy.2,Normal and abnormal appearances of york sac indicated healthy and pathological pregnancy respectively.
