实施合作项目中降低孕产妇死亡率干预措施的探讨

Study on intervention measure of carrying out cooperation item of“reducing mortality of pregnant and lying-in women”

淮阴县 1990年起与联合国儿童基金会签诺执行妇幼卫生合作项目 ,1995年终审时部分妇幼保健指标不甚理想。 1996年启动项目工作第二周期时 ,改变了以往自上而下的布置任务形式为卫生部只给目标任务 ,由各地妇幼工作者根据本地具体情况予以诊断再制定干预措施 ,结果调动了该县广大妇幼卫生工作者的集体智慧 ,制定了宣教、培训、筛选高危、规范转诊、建立产科“绿色通道”、严格督导等干预措施 。

Since 1990, Huaiyin County subscribed the MCH cooperation item with Children Foundation of UN. The partial MCH indexes weren't perfect on 1995. The second period items works were start on 1996. The health department only put forward target task, MCH workers at all levels constituted the intervention measure according idiographic situation to mobilize the collective wisdom. The intervention measure including that publicization and education, trainning, examining high risk, setting up obstetrical“green channels”, monitoring and guiding. The mortality of pregnant and lying in women in Huaiyin County has been reduced greatly. The MCH cause development in whole district was promoted.
