摘要 目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声对泌尿生殖系肿瘤治疗的疗效。 方法 应用高强度体外聚焦超声热疗机治疗泌尿生殖系肿瘤患者20例(年龄44~79岁,平均67.8岁),一个月随防,观察其生活质量,相关症状,B超、CT肿瘤大小变化和并发症。 结果 70%患者生活质量明显改善,症状明显减轻,且无严重并发症发生。 结论 高强度聚焦超声治疗泌尿生殖系肿瘤安全有效,产生副作用少。然而,控制好声强,照射时间和靶点定位是技术关键。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in treatment of patients with genitourinary tumors. Methods The study included 20 patients(Mean 67.8 years, Rane 44-79a) with genitourinary tumors were treated using extracorporeal HIFUdevice. Patients were followed up one month before and after HIFU, to observe the quality of life, relative symptoms, and take the transabdominal ultrasonography of computer tomgraphy to monitor tumor size and any complications. Results The life quality of 70% of the patients were improved. Their symptoms get relieved obviously. This measure was effective and without any major side effect or complications. Conclusions HIFU is safe and effective method for treatment of genitourinary solitary tumor, with minimal side-effects and complications and relieving the clinical symptons. However, the key technique of HIFU is to operate in exact target, proper sound intensity and radiation time.
