卵巢癌中CD44nm23基因及细胞因子TGFαTNFα表达的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨细胞表面粘附分子CD44基因、肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3、转化生长因子α(TGFα)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)与卵巢癌发生、转移和预后的关系。方法 利用PCR半定量、免疫组化及放免法分别测定 36例卵巢癌及 32例卵巢良性肿瘤的CD44基因内含子 9、肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3、转化生长因子α和肿瘤坏死因子α的表达情况。结果 CD44基因内含子 9、nm2 3、TGFα、TNFα在 36例卵巢癌中均出现高表达 ,nm2 3和TGFα在癌症早期阶段即出现高表达。结论 多相关因素分析卵巢癌的生物学行为 ,可为卵巢早期诊断。 Objective To explore the relation of the expression of intron 9 in CD 44 gene,nm23 gene and the serum levels of TGFα and TNFα to the development,metastasis and prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods The expressions of intron 9 in CD 44 gene,nm23 gene,TGFα and TNFα in epithelial ovarian cancer were measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR,immunohistochemical technique and radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results There was positive expression of intron 9 in CD 44 gene,nm23 gene,TGFα and TNFα in 36 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer.The higher levels of nm23 gene and TGFα were obvious in early stage of ovarian cancer.Conclusion To study the ovarian cancer's biologic behavior with these multipe factors can provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis,gene therapy and predicting prognosis.jection methods and the points of injections were determined accurately in the specimens and then wer e used in the clinical cases.ResultsAfter the first injection,the excellent and good results was obtained in 78% of the patients and after second treatment, the excellent and good results reached 9 8%.ConclusionFor the treatment of this condition,the points of injection should be selected a t the junction between dorsal part and f acies ventralis of wrist in slight flexi on,just at the middle of retinaculum and 2mm towards facies ventralis from above the point.
