The common orthoses of cerebral palsy

本文通过 10年来的临床实践，对脑性瘫痪 (脑瘫 )患儿康复中应用矫形器及其它辅助器具的目的、常用种类、作用、流程、评定、应用注意事项等内容做了简介。临床实践表明矫形器及其它辅助器具的应用在脑瘫患儿康复中起到了应有的作用。

This article is a brief introduction of othotherapy to the children with CP, including applied purpose of orthotherapy, kinds most in use, action, matters that demanded special attention in use, procedure,etc,by the clinical experiences of three years.The result shows that the orthotherapy has curative effect on the disabled children.It should be paid more attention and developed further in the field of rehabilitation.
