医师、技师、家长共同参与脑性瘫痪儿童使用下肢矫形器具的疗效分析及评估

Assements the use of foot orthosis for children with cerebral palsy(CP)under direction by physician,technician and parents

目的 探讨医师、技师、家长共同参与脑性瘫痪儿童下肢矫形器具在康复治疗中的应用及评估方法。方法 将 110例使用下肢矫形器具的 CP儿童分为两组，观察组由医师，技师及培训后的家长共同干预，对照组仅由矫形器技师干预。结果 观察组有效率明显高于对照组（χ 2=30.2, P< 0.005） 。 结 论 为 了 确 保 CP儿 童 下 肢 矫 形 器 具 的 有 效 使 用 ， 应 从 医 师 ， 技 师 及 家 长 3个 环 节 进 行 疗 效 评 估 。

Objective To study assessments on the use of foot orthosis for children with CP under derection by physician,technician and parents.Method One hundred and ten children with CP using foot orthosis were divided into two groups. One group was intervened by the technicians of making foot orthosis, another group was intervened by the doctors, the technicians and patriarch trained, together.Result There was clear difference between the two group. The trial group was better than the control group (χ 2=30.2, P< 0.005) .Conclusion Assessments the use of foot orthosis for children with CP should be performed by the doctors, the technicians and patriarch trained together so that the curative effect of foot orthosis can be truly gained.
