摘要
目的 研究调心方对 “痴呆”大鼠模型的空间学习记忆功能及胆碱能系统的影响。方法 通过单侧杏仁核注射 Aβ造成“痴呆”大鼠模型,采用 Morris水迷宫法及放射免疫法观测调心方对“痴呆”大鼠模型的空间学习记忆能力及胆碱能系统的作用。结果 调心方可显著改善 Aβ诱导的大鼠空间学习记忆障碍,提高模型大鼠的 ChAT活性及 M受体 Rt值。结论 调心方对 Aβ诱导的大鼠空间学习记忆障碍及胆碱能系统损害具有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To study the effects of Heart Benefitting Recipe(HBR) on the spatial learning and memory impairment and cholinergic system in the rat models with dementia. Methods The experimental rat models with dementia and were induced by unilateral amyloid- injections into the amygdala of rats. The effects of HBR on the spatial learning and memory impairment and cholinergic system of these rat models were investigatsd by the methods of Morris water maze and immunoradiometry. Results HBR significantly alleviated the spatial learning and memory impairment induced by Aβ and also remarkably increased the activity of ChAT and M- receptor binding sites of these models. Conclusion HBR have an effective treatment effects on the spatial learning and memory impairment and cholinergic damage of rat models with dementia induced by Aβ .
