血管性痴呆脑电图近似熵的评估作用研究

The study of EEG approximate entropy in vascular dementia

目的 探讨血管性痴呆 (VD)的脑电图 (EEG)近似熵 (ApEn)的异常特征及非线性动力学变化。方法 在 43例 VD和 42例对照组中进行 EEG ApEn计算，比较分析两组受试者安静状态 EEG和 ApEn的变化。结果 VD组病人 EEG ApEn在大部分脑区变小，两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P<0.01);尤其以额区的变化最为显著。结论 VD病人 EEG ApEn分析表明大部分脑区ApEn变小。表明大脑复杂性下降。

Objective To study the characteristic of EEG approximate entropy(ApEn)in VD.Method The rule EEG were recorded in 43 cases with VD and 42 cases with normal volteer subjects and the EEG ApEn were calculated.The EEG ApEn in VD were compared with course of diseases and state of illness.Result The EEG F4、 F3、 C4、 C3、 O2、 O1 in VD ;EEG ApEn of the grorp that course of diseases were not exceed one year;EEG ApEn of the guoup thay score of HDS20.Conclusion The complicity of EEG and brain active in VD were lower,and it can reflect change of brain function in VD.
