摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用克林霉素磷酸酯的含量。方法:采用 RsieC_(18)柱,磷酸二氢铵溶液-甲醇(210:215)为流动相,210nm 为检测波长。结果测得线性范围0.8-4.0mg/ml(r=0.9992)平均回收率99.88%,RSD 为0.6%(n=9)。结论:本法简便准确,适用于生产过程的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method which determines the quantity of Clinamycin Phosphate for injection.Methods:The Rsie C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisting of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol(210:250)and a UV detector at 210nm.Results:The linear correlation was observed is the range 0.8-4.0mg/ml(r=0.9992).The average recovery was 99.88%,RSD =0.6%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and effectual control for quality of Clinamycin phosphate for injection.
