摘要
刺玫果药典未收载,随着对其研究不断深入,即在保健、治疗等领域的开发越来越快。为适应产品开发需要,我们对刺玫果药用质量标准进行了研究。本文利用理化鉴别方法检验维生素 P;利用比色法在505nm 波长处测定芦丁含量;经过线性考察、加样回收、重复性试验均符合要求。
Fructus rosa davurica isn't recorded in pharmacopceia.With the going deep into of the research and with the development in the therapeutic field of health-care products,we did the research of its medical quality standard for the purpose of suiting the needs of product development.Here we test vitamin P by physiochemical identification method;we determine the content of rutin at 505nm warelergth by colorimetric method,Linear inspection,sample-adding and recovery test and repeated test all meet the criterion.
