The Improvement of RTC Examination Method of Pi Yan Ping Ointment

目的:改进皮炎平软膏 RTC 的显色剂与提取方法。方法:用硫酸替代四氨唑蓝为显色剂,曾加提取用容媒量。结果:操作简便,结果准确。结论:此法优于原法。

OBJECTIVE:The developing dye and collection method were improved in RTC examination method of Pi Yah Ping ointment.METHODS:The Tetrazolium Blue were replaced by Sulfuric Acid in developing dye,and the capacity for solvent were raised in the collection method.RESULIS:The Method is simple,convenient,and exact.CONCLUSION:The method is better than the old method.
