应用测定计算填充法制备诺氟沙星胶囊的实验研究

Experimental Research for Making Norfloxacin Capsules by Methed of “Stuffing After Measuring and Calculating”

医院制剂室生产诺氟沙星胶囊多采用手工或模板凭经验试装后再选用适宜型号的空胶囊,这样进行空胶囊填充诺氟沙星和赋形剂时具有一定的困难。为此,根据空胶囊型号不同,产地不一及诺氟沙星和赋形剂比重不同等实际问题,进行了实验研究。采用“测定计算填充法”测定空胶囊的容积、诺氟沙星及赋形剂装入空胶囊的重量,计算出赋形剂的填充量后进行填充,可迅速制备出合格的诺氟沙星胶囊,获得满意的效果。

The pharmaceutical preparation room in a hospital mostly adopts selecting suitable empty capsules after trial-stuffing manually or trial-stuffing from experience using a model plate.In this case,it is difficult to stuff norfloxacin and excipient into empty capsules.Therefore we make an experimental research according to the different types of capsules,different place of production as well as the different specific gravity of“Stuffing After Measuring And Calculating”,we measure the volume of empty capsules and the weight of norfloxacin and excipient before stuffing.Following that we calculate the stuffing weight of excipient.Finally we stuff them into the empty capsules.By means of the above-mentioned method,we could rapidly make qualified norfloxacin capsules and gain satisfied effect.
