摘要
目的 :研究骨肉瘤组织中P2 1WAF1 蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、Ki 6 7蛋白的表达 ,及其与骨肉瘤的发生、发展之间的关系及对预后的影响。方法 :用免疫组化LSAB法检测P2 1WAF1 蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、Ki 6 7蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达。结果 :45例骨肉瘤中 ,P2 1WAF1 有 8例阳性表达 ,阳性率为 17.77% ;PCNA均有表达 ,阳性率为 10 0 % ;Ki 6 7有 2 7例阳性表达 ,阳性率为 6 0 %。结论 :P2 1WAF1 的低表达、PCNA、Ki 6 7的高表达 ,从一个侧面反映了骨肉瘤的恶性程度较高 ,检测P2 1WAF1 蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、Ki 6 7蛋白等多个指标可较全面反映骨肉瘤的恶性程度的高低及患者的预后情况。
Purpose:To investigate the expressions of P21 WAF1 protein,PCNA and Ki-67 in human osteosarcoma and their relationship to the development and progression of osteosarcoma as well as assessmant of prognosis.Methods:The expressions of protein P21 WAF1 , PCNA and Ki-67 were examined in the 45 cases of osteosarcoma Results:In 45 osteosarcom cases ,the positive rate of P21 WAF1 expression in osteosarcoma is 17.77%; the positive rate of PCNA expression and Ki-67 expression in osteosarcoma is 100% and 60%,respectively. Conclusions: The low expression of P21 WAF1 protein and the high expression of PCNA and Ki-67 can reflect the high malignancy degree of osteosarcoma. The expressions of P21 WAF1 ,PCNA and Ki-67 in human osteosarcoma can reflect the degree of malignancy of a tumor and the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients.
