摘要
目的 :通过对消瘀止痛膏与麝香壮骨膏临床疗效和安全性的比较 ,客观评价治疗急性软组织损伤的作用及不良反应。方法 :将急性软组织损伤的患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 50例 ,对照组 50例 ,分别于敷药后3、5、7天进行评分 ,并将评分结果统计分析。结果 :治疗组显愈率为 88.0 0 % ,对照组显愈率为 54.0 0 %。两组对比说明治疗组对于症候的改善方面优于对照组 ( P>0 .0 1 )。两组均未发现不良反应。结论 :消瘀止痛膏是治疗急性软组织损伤有效而且安全的药物。
Objective:By the comparation of in clinical results and safety of Xiao Yu Zhi Tong herb paste and She Xiang Zhuang Gu herb paste.E valuate objectively their action and side effect of theraping the acute soft tissue injury of extremities.Methods:Divide randomly the patients of acute sofe tissue injury of extremities into therapeutic group and control group, each includes 50 patients, then evaluate respectively the scores after compressing both of the paste three.Five and seven days, finally statistic and analyse the scores.Results:The effectual rate getting 88.00% in the therapeutic group with Xiao Yu Zhi Tong herb pastewhile 55.00% in the control group with She Xiang Zhuang Gu herb paste.Apprently the therapeutic group is prior to the control at the decrudescence of symptom (P>0.01). Side-effects are not found in both of the groups.Conclusion:Xiao Yu Zhi Tong herb paste is effective and safe medicine in the therapy of the acute soft tissue injury of extremities.
