摘要
目的观察急性高眼压状态后眼组织中自由基及过氧化氢酶活性变化。方法用前房灌注生理盐水法制成急性高眼压模型后,按不同时间用电子自旋共振法测定小梁组织、视网膜组织中自由基的g值及量,同时测定视网膜、房水及血浆中过氧化氢酶的活性。结果高眼压后0.5h直至第3天视网膜及小梁组织中均测到氧自由基并呈升高趋势。视网膜、房水中过氧化氢酶活性降低,血液中过氧化氢酶活性无改变。结论急性高眼压状态视网膜、小梁组织中存在自由基损伤。提示急性闭角型青光眼发作后,应使用自由基清除剂,以保护眼组织。
Objective To observe the changes of free radical and the activityof catalase in ocular tissue undergoing acute ocular hypertension status. Methods A model of ocular hypertension was established by perfusing physiological saline in anterior chamber,the g value and volumn of free radical in meshwork and retina tissues were determined by ESR,the activity of catalase in retina, aqueous humor and plasma was determined in the meantime.ResultsAfter 0.5 h till the 3rd of ocular hypertension,the oxygen free radical could be determined in retina and meshwork tissues while showed the increasing tendency. The activity of catalase in retina and aqueous humor was decreased,while the activity of catalase in blood remained no change. ConclusionsThe retina and meshwork tissues were damaged by the free radical in acute hypertension status.It suggested that free radical scavenger can protect ocular tissue affected after acute angle closed glaucoma.
