摘要
采用扫描电镜、金相、力学和化学等方法对大楼中央空调冷冻/热水管伸缩器的突发断裂事故进行了较全面的实验和分析,指出这是应力腐蚀开裂造成的严重后果,对于在有害介质下服役的某些受力部件必须具备优良的抗应力腐蚀性能,或者采取有效的介质处理措施,才能防止类似事故的发生。
The breakdown of a flexible pipe used in central air conditioner of building was examined by means of scanning electron microscopic, optical microscopic, mechanical, and chemical analysis techniques, showing that it is due to stress corrosion. In order to ensure safety, the parts operated in harmful medium have to possess the property of stress corrosion resistance, and effective measures of treating harmful medium must be taken.
