摘要
通过各种脱磷剂对Cr(≈10%)FeCsatP(≈01%)中铬铁水进行氧化脱磷实 验 ,测定了金属中[P]随时间变化及实验渣系的脱磷率。结果表明,脱磷剂中钙系、钡系及CaO BaO混合渣系的脱磷能力依次增加,助熔剂的作用按大小顺序为BaCl2>CaF2,实验得到了B aO替代CaO、脱磷温度在1 400℃左右的脱磷能力及加入Na2O时对渣系脱磷能力的影响关系。 在此基础上,寻找最佳渣系和工艺条件。
The technological experiments of dephosphorization of the C-satura te d medium ferrochromium Cr (≈10%) Fe Csat P(≈0 1%) with halide flux were performed.The effect of halides on dephosphorization rate increment of the slag is increased in the order of CaF2,BaCl2.Effect on the dephosphorization rate by adding BaO in CaO based flux and adding Na2O in CaO BaO was investigated.Based on above results,the best slag system and process condition are obtaining.
