摘要
应用 SEM、EDX、XPS等分析技术研究了耐指纹板 SECCN 2表面黑变膜的形貌、组成和结构 ,并对黑变成因及机理进行了讨论。结果表明 ,黑变膜厚度约为 75 nm ,它是由 Zn O1 - x、Zn O、Zn(OH) 2 、Cr2 O3、Cr OOH、Cr O3和 Si O2 等物质组成 ;膜表层的锌是以 Zn O形态存在 ,而膜内层的锌则以非化学计量化合物 Zn O1 - x形态存在。
The morphology, composition and structure of black tarnished film on the surface of organic composite coated steel sheet with anti fingerprinted property SECCN2 were investigated by means of SEM, EDX and XPS, and the formation and mechanisms of black tarnished film were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the black tarnished film is about 75 nm, and is composed by ZnO 1 x , ZnO, Zn(OH) 2, Cr 2O 3, CrOOH, CrO 3 and SiO 2. Zinc is existed as ZnO in surface layer and as non stoichimetric compound ZnO 1 x in inner layer of the black tarnished film. The black tarnish film occurs on the surface of SECCN2 and is caused by anodic activated dissolution of zinc under organic composite film and the effect of light interference.
