As the temperature deviation at leading end and tail of the hot strip is larger than other parts. The fuzzy self adjustable PID parameter controller can be used to control hot strip coiling temperature. On the basis of conventional PID adjuster, according to different temperature deviation | e | and its rate | ec |, the parameter self adjustable fuzzy control can be performed with fuzzy reasoning idea to confine strictly | e | within a limited range at the beginning of | e | and | ec | change caused by variation of process state parameter.
