摘要
系统地研究了Cu -铜试剂 (DDTC)在石蜡相显色反应。在HAc -NH4Ac( pH =5 0 )缓冲介质中 ,此显色络合物能定量被石蜡萃取 ,铜量在 0~ 40 μg/5 0mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法应用于铝合金中痕量铜的分析 ,结果良好。
In this paper, copper diethyldithiocarbamate colour reaction in paraffin phase has been studied. In the medium of HAc NH 4Ac (pH 5.0), the coloured complex of copper diethyldithiocarbamate can be quantitatively extracted with molten paraffin. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 40μg/50mL of copper. The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
