摘要
用纯主 99 99%的银和 99 5 %的镧在真空条件下熔化和精炼制备含 1 0 %镧的银合金 ,铸锭经过热轧开坯、冷拉拔及再结晶退火等工序 ,制备各种试样 观察铸态与退火态金相组织和电子探针扫描图像 ,进行合金性能试验和自然时效软化试验 结果发现 ,稀土镧可以显著细化银合金铸态组织和再结晶退火组织 ,稀土化合物成块状弥散分布在基体中 ,显著地提高了AgLa1 0合金的再结晶温度和热稳定性 。
The silver in a purity of 99 99% and La in a purity of 99 5%together under vacuum condition are meltd and refined AgLa1 0 alloy is got, then some asmples from the cast ingot alloy are made through the processes of hot-rolling, cold-drawing and recrystallization annealing etc The microscopic structure of the cast condition and deformed annealed condition, as well as the images got by electronic probe scanning are observed The tests on the property of the alloy and its stress relaxation are carried out The results show that rare earth La could remarkably fine the cast structure and deformed annealed structure of the silver alloy,the rare earth compound was dispersed in the matrix in the form of blocks and remarkably enhanced the AgLa1 0 alloy's recrystallization temperature and thermal stability,the rare earth La could effectively restrain the silver's stress relaxation,and make the structure into a stable condition in a very short time
