摘要
通过对WK-4电铲中心轴滑动轴承失效的分析,说明脂润滑滑动轴承的可靠性有待提高,轴承装配间隙必须考虑到工作温度和装配方式的影响,只有合理选择公差与配合,才能有效保证设备运行的可靠性。
The analysis of the disabled sliding bearing of WK-4 excavator's mandrel shows that the reliability to lubricate with grease should be improved, and the effect of work temperature and fitting manner on its work should be considered carefully when determing the fitting clearance. You are able to keep the equipment effectively running only when you will choose a reasonable tolerance on its fit.
