摘要
对转炉炉体汽雾冷却 Hi-vap系统所用的汽雾喷嘴的结构及特性进行了分析和实验研究。实验包括流量 -压力特性、雾化角、液流密度分布、水雾覆盖区域以及雾滴直径的测试等。
The structure and features of spraying nozzle used in the Hi-vap system are analyzed and studied. The speciality of flux-pressure, spraying angle, fluid density, the areas covered by spray and drop sizes are measured. The results of the study provided a theoretical foundation for optimizing nozzles′ location and improving BOF body spraying cooling system.
