摘要
采用风冷法并借助于XRD、EDA、SEM对SiO2 微粉结合镁质浇注料的热震稳定性能进行了研究。结果表明 :适当地增加浇注料中SiO2 微粉的含量以提高基质中镁橄榄石结合相的数量 ,有利于浇注料热震稳定性能的改善。但过量的引入SiO2 微粉将增加浇注料中玻璃相含量 ,使得试样的脆性增大 。
The thermal shock stability of SiO 2 breeze bonded magnesium casting material has been studied using the blast cold method by means of XRD, EDA and SEM. Results Show that proper increase of SiO 2 breeze in the casting material in a bid to raise the quantity of the bond phase of magnesium olivine in the matrix will greatly improve the thermal shock stability of the casting material.However,excessive addition of SiO 2 breeze will cause an increase in the glass phase of the casting material, thus jeopardizing the thermal shock stability due to an increase in the brittleness of the test sample.
