铜厂副产品硫酸镍中除铁的研究 被引量:13

摘要 研究了用针铁矿法除硫酸镍中杂质铁 ,用类似于工业生产中喷淋的方法考查了Fe3 + 浓度、温度、pH值、时间对针铁矿结晶的影响。用化学分法分析了净化率 ,用光学显微镜照相讨论了晶体的成长过程。实验结果表明 ,在Fe3 + 浓度小于 1g/dm3 、10 0℃、pH =3时反应 4h ,净化率可达 99.99%以上。Fe3 + 生成FeOOH晶体后过滤性能良好。针铁矿结晶过程中控制浓度是关键步骤。 In this paper,we studied to precipitate iron from nickel sulfate solution using method named 'E·Z' in plant. We studied the effects of Fe 3+ concentration,pH/acidity, and times for the precipitation of iron as goethite crystal.Fe 3+ was analyzed by chemical analysis method.The grow progress of crystal can be seen on the picture taken using an optic microscope.when Fe 3+ concentration less than 1 g/dm 3 ,temperature was 100℃ and pH=3, after 4 hours, more than 99.99% of iron precipitated from the solution,Fe 3+ converted to FeOOH (crystal),it can be filtered easily,Its useful to control the concentration of Fe 3+ in the progress. Dividing iron impurity is a major procedure in hydrometallurgy.The corresponding means can be used relativing to the nature of solution.
