摘要
镀锡板表面粗糙度试验研究结果表明 :生产光亮表面镀锡板时 ,提高平整辊粗糙度 ,可延长平整辊的使用寿命和提高原板的粗糙度 ,显著降低镀锡板木纹、锡结晶、锡层及原板擦划伤等表面缺陷 ,并提高了镀锡板的使用性能。通过优化DI材平整辊配置 ,使DI材粗糙度得到稳定控制并减少了平整辊种类 ,提高了其利用率。
The result of the trial on tinplate surface roughness shows that the increase in roughness of temper mill work rolls during the production of bright surface tinplate will prolong the service life of work rolls,increase the roughness of black plate,greatly decrease the defects of tinplate surface,such as wood grain,surface tin crystallization,scrape of black plate etc.,and improve the service performance of tinplate.With optimization of the configuration for temper mill work rolls,the surface roughness of Baosteel's DI tinplate can be controlled steadily and the variety of temper mill work rolls can be reduced,which will be effective to improve its utilization.
