摘要
选择三个不同含氮量的抗拉强度为 490MPa级的铌钛微合金钢 ,研究含氮量对焊接粗晶热影响区 (CoarseGrainHeatAffectedZone ,CGHAZ)韧性的影响 ,观察试验钢焊接热影响区的奥氏体晶粒尺寸的粗化倾向。结果表明 :适当提高试验钢的含氮量可使焊接热影响区奥氏体晶粒粗化得到抑制 ,并使钢具有较高的焊接热影响区韧性。
Three kinds of Nb Ti microalloyed steel of different nitrogen content with a same tensile strength of 490MPa are selected to investigate the effect of nitrogen content in test steel on the toughness of welding coarse grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ).The result of the investigation on coarsening tendency of austenite grain in welding CGHAZ shows that steel with moderate nitrogen content processes higher welding CGHAZ toughness and can restrain the grain growth coarsening.
