Introduction and Method of Material Tracking for Continuous Production Line

在连续生产机组中 ,材料跟踪是设定值的设定和实际值收集的基础。当新的带钢进入某工艺设备时 ,控制设定值需要作相应变动 ,为了能使工艺设备在正确时刻切换控制设定值 ,就必须依靠正确的材料跟踪。文章介绍宝钢针对 1 550连续退火机组而开发的一种材料跟踪原理 ,目前已在该机组上得到成功应用并获得良好效果。

In continuous production line, material tracking is the basis for presetting control data and collecting actual data.While different coil strip enters a device,the data needs changing correspondingly.Whether control setpoint could be switched at correct time depends on correct material tracking.A newly developed method of material tracking in view of 1550mm CAL at Baosteel is introduced in the paper,which has been proved to be successful and gained good result in the annealing line.
