摘要
本文对以中草药提取的多糖有效成份配制的抗毒素Ⅰ号,做为内源性干扰素诱生剂,进行了药理试验、毒性试验、检验标准、保存期试验、抗病毒试验等,表明对鸡传染性法氏囊炎、鸡传染性喉气管炎、鸡传染性支气管炎,鸡马立克氏病及鸡白血病等具有显著疗效。
Antivirus I, an endogenous inducer, composed of the effective component of the polysaccharide extraction from the Chinese medicinal plants was tested for its pharmacological action, toxicity, standard of assay, expiry date. and antiviral effect etc.The results show that antivirus I is effective in treating chickens for infectious bursal disease, infectious laryngotracheitis, infectious bronchitis,mark's disease,leukosis etc.
