Technological Practice with High Rp of Digestion Slurry

基于溶出机理及平果铝土矿溶出生产的控制，提出了溶出液高Rp值的生产组织方法，经实际生产检验：溶出液Rp值从1．11提高到1．176～1．187、工厂年产量提高12．29％～13．95％，年增产量4．16～4．99万t，获得了良好的经济效益．

Based on the digestion principle and the control of Pingguo bauxite digestion the means of production organization with high Rp of digestion slurry is put forward briefly ． The practice shows that the annual production increased by 12．29％～13．95％(41．6～49．9 thousand tons) as Rp of digestion slurry rose from 1．11 to 1．176～1．187 which means notable economic benefits．
