摘要
从多个含菌土壤和污泥样品中用不同培养基筛选出40余种对重金属离子具有吸附活性的微生物菌株,并对其中吸附能力较强的细菌A-7的培养特性及吸附特性进行了系统的实验研究.用A-7处理某冶炼厂废水,废水中Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+、Zn2+的去除率分别为52.9%、97.3%、76.9%、96.9%,展示了良好的工业应用前景.
: Over 40 microbiological strainswhich can produce microbial absorbent efficient to divalent metal cationswere screened with several screening mediums from many samples of soil and mud.The culturing characters and adsorbing behaviors of bacteria A-7 were studied in this paper.In dealing with the waste water of some refinery using A-7 strainthe result shows 52.9% removel to Cu2+97.3% removel to Pb2+76.9% removel to Cd2+96.9% removel to Zn2+.It shows that A-7 strain possesses prosperous application outlook.
