It describes the Vanukov lead smelting process, which is characterized by high productivity of unit hearth area, less strict requirement for charge preparation, better ecological environment, low energy consumption, non sintering and high sulfur recovery, etc. To estimate by producing 10 000 t/a of lead bullion, the total investment is about 25 000 000～30 000 000 yuan RMB.
