摘要
本试验研究了经膨化、纤维素酶、碱、酸处理的小麦麸对蛋雏鸡全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、血清碱性磷酸酶活力的影响。结果表明,1.各处理组间全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力差异不显著(P>0.05);2.经纤维素酶、酸、碱处理的麦麸组,血清碱性磷酸酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而膨化处理组与对照组相比,血清碱性磷酸酶活力差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Effects of wheat bran treated with different methods (expansion, Ex; ccllulase, Ce; alkalization, Al: acidation, Ac) on glutathione peroxidase activity (GSH-Px) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were studied. The results show that 1, GSH-Px was not significantly affected (P>0.05). 2. Serum AKP treated with Ce, Ac and Al was significantly higher than that of the contral (P<0.01).
