摘要
介绍了等离子旋转电极工艺 (PREP)制粉设备、主要工艺参数和粉末形成机理。研究了制粉工艺参数对粉末粒度、粒度分布以及粒度分布类型的影响 ,并对粉末粒度进行了理论计算。结果表明 ,随着棒料转速的增大 ,粉末粒度减小 ,粒度分布类型也发生了改变 ;粉末粒度的理论计算值与实验结果相吻合。
The plasma rotating electrode process (PREP) equipment, process parameters and powder forming mechanism were introduced. The effects of processing parameters on particle size and particle size distribution were studied. The particle size was calculated. The results show that particle size decreases with the increase of rotating rate of electrode, and the particle size distribution type also varies. The theoretical calculating results on particle size are in good agreement with the experimental data.
