摘要
对韶钢第二轧钢厂 2 5 0 0滚切式定尺剪剪切钢板时存在切尾质量较差问题 .通过力学分析和计算 ,指出钢板自重产生的弯曲力矩及摆动台结构尺寸不合理是影响剪切质量问题的主要原因 。
A poor shearing quality was encountered with the 2?500 mm rolling end shears at No.2 rolling mill of SISG when it was used to end_shear plate steels. Mechanical analysis and calculation showed that the problem was caused by a bend torque induced by the plate dead weight itself, and by an improper structure design of the pendulum mechanism. Appropriate measures are therefore proposed to improve the structure design and operation procedure of the pendulum mechanism.
