摘要
本文对Al5Cu基和Cu1 0Sn基纳米金刚石复合材料的制备进行了尝试 ,并分析了混粉工艺对复合材料显微组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,基体粉末粒径对复合材料中纳米金刚石团粒的分布均匀性影响显著。本实验设计的新工艺 ,从制备亚微米CuO粉开始 ,通过还原、热压 ,成功地制备出了纳米金刚石团粒弥散分布的Cu1
In this paper,preparation of Al5Cu based and Cu10Sn based composite containing nanometer diamond particles has been studied The effect of blending powder on the microstructure and performance of the composite was also investigated It was shown that average particle size of the matrix notably influences the distribution of nanometer diamond aggregates in the composite With a new method developed in this paper,began with the preparation of sub micron CuO particles and then followed by reduction and hot press process,Cu10SnND composite with well dispersed nanometer diamond particles has been successfully obtained
