摘要
自拟健脾灵治疗脾虚胃脘痛 220例.结果:对溃疡病的疗效明显优于浅表性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎,治愈率达81.4%.检查部分患者胃电参数的变化,治疗后胃电频率显著增加,与对照组相比,以健脾灵组为明显;治疗后胃电波幅亚著上升.其中健脾灵组进餐前后幅值均恢复正常.为探讨健脾益气方药治疗脾虚胃脘痛的部分机理提供了依据.
The results of the treatment of 220 cases of epigastralgia with insufficiency of spleen treated with the drug showed that the effective rate is 81.4 percent and the treatment of this disease is much more effective than that of superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis. The examination of changes of the indexes of electrogastrograph of some patients showed that the frequency of electrogastrograph of the patients treated with this drug increased much more than that of the control group; the wave amplitude of electrogastrograph apparently
