摘要
在介绍了SYZJ型冲击动载发生器的结构及工作原理后 ,结合冲击动载发生器冲击动载的相关理论研究情况 ,利用裂纹扩展速率的Paris公式 ,对该型冲击动载发生器的工作寿命进行了理论估算。计算表明 ,SYZJ型冲击动载发生器的工作寿命不仅与其自身结构、选材有关 ,也与其实际工作条件有关。改进冲击动载发生器的内部结构 ,采用耐冲击的强韧性材料 ,根据实际的工作条件 ,选择合适的钻井泵排量和泵压 。
The structure and operating principle of Model SYZJ impulsive-load generator are expounded, the method for evaluating the service life of this generator is described by means of Paris equation for crack growth rate. Calculation shows that the service life of the generator is not only related to its structure and material, and also to the actual working condition. To improve the service life of the generator, the following measures should be taken: reforming the structure of the generator, adopting shock resistant material with high obdurability, and selecting rational displacement and pressure of drill pump according to the actual working condition.
