摘要
^(60)Co—r射线照射现代杂交月季休眠枝条,第二年重复修剪后,突变频率提高,突变谱扩大,突变性状的稳定性增强。品种不同,重复修剪后突变性状的表现也不同。试验表明,重复修剪可作为分离突变体和选育月季新品种的重要手段之一。
The dormant shoots of modern hybrid rose were irradiated by ^(60)Co-r rays. The repeated pruning was carried on in the next year. The mutation frequency was increased , And the mutation frequency was increased, And the mutation spectrum was enlarged. The stability of mutation character was also enhanced. The ex pression of mutation characters varies in different varieties after rfteated pruning. This ex periment showed that repeated pruning is an important method of segerating mutants and breeding the new rose cultivars.
