杜雨茂教授辨治慢性肾炎经验撮要

ABSTRACTS OF ARTICLES TAKING THE ESSENCE FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSOR DU YUMAO DIFFERENTIATING SYNDROME AND TREATING CHRONIC NEPHRITIS

慢性肾炎属祖国医学水肿、腰痛、眩晕及虚劳等病的范畴。其病因病机颇为复杂,一般均有急性失治误治之病史,病程缠绵难愈,在临床上将其分为水肿型和腰痛型两大类,认为肾阴不足是导致本病的关键环节,采用分型论治及辨证与辨病相结合的方法,对慢性肾炎蛋白尿、血尿、尿浊、脓尿、肾性高血压、慢性肾功能衰竭等病的治疗,均获良好效果。

Chronic nephritis belongs to the scope of edema,lumbago,dizziness and consumptive disease,etc.of TCM.Its etiology and pathogenesis were very complicated,generally patients with chronicnephritis had a history that acute nephritis was missed treatment or made a mistake,the coursewas long and it was difficult to recover.It was classified into two types:edema and lumbago,the deficiency of kidney yin was thought tobe the key link of the formation of chronicnephritis,the method of classifying type to treat and combining differentiating syndrome withdifferentiating disease were taken to treat the chronic nephritis albuminur ia,hematur ia,cloudyUrine,pyuria,renal hypertension and chronic renal failure,etc.The curative effects were good.
