摘要
为提高十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效,采用桂枝加芍药汤加黄芪治疗本病170例,其中黄芪用量为50～100g,并以临床症状、x 线钡餐透视或胃镜复查结果为观察指标。结果:治愈155例,有效15例,总有效率为100%。
In order to improve the clinical curative effects of doudenal bulbar ulcer,applying“GuiZhi Jia Shao Yao Tang'plus“Hung Qi”to treat patients(170 cases)with duodenal bulbarulcer.The dosage of“Hung Qi”was 50g to 100g,the observation indexes were clinicalsymptoms,the results of barium meal fluoroscopy and gastroscopy.The results showed that 55cases recovered,15 cases were effective,the effectiveness rate was 100 percent.
